Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using Vionza, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Vionza. You must be legally able to enter this agreement or use Vionza with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Limited license

Vionza grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on supported devices for lawful personal use, subject to these terms and the rules of the store from which you obtained it.

3. Your media sources and content rights

You provide and choose every media source connected to Vionza. You represent that you have the permissions, licenses, subscriptions, and other legal rights required to access, stream, download, cast, or otherwise use that source and its content.

You must not use Vionza to access, copy, download, retransmit, share, or distribute content unlawfully; bypass access controls; infringe intellectual-property rights; or interfere with networks, services, devices, or other users. Vionza may restrict functionality or access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with law.

4. Third-party sources and services

Vionza is not affiliated with or endorsed by any media provider unless explicitly stated. Source availability, catalog information, artwork, guide data, stream quality, formats, credentials, and interruptions are controlled by your chosen provider. Third-party services, including Apple, Google, Firebase, RevenueCat, casting platforms, and media providers, are governed by their own terms.

5. Premium purchases and free trials

Available plans, prices, currencies, trial eligibility, billing periods, taxes, and renewal terms are displayed by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase. Eligible subscription plans may include a seven-day free trial. Unless cancelled at least as required by the applicable store, a subscription renews automatically and the store charges the payment method associated with your account.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through the store account used for purchase. Deleting Vionza does not cancel a subscription. Trial eligibility and refunds are determined by the applicable store and law. A lifetime purchase, where offered, is a one-time entitlement associated with the store account and platform through which it was purchased; it does not guarantee access to unrelated platforms or third-party content.

6. Downloads and remote playback

Download, offline, AirPlay, Cast, DLNA, and similar features may be available only for compatible content, devices, formats, and sources. You may use them only when permitted by the source operator and applicable law. Vionza does not guarantee that protected, expired, unavailable, or incompatible media can be played or downloaded.

7. App changes and availability

We may improve, add, modify, suspend, or remove features to maintain security, compatibility, legal compliance, or product quality. Device, operating-system, network, store, or third-party changes may affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every source or stream format.

8. Intellectual property

Vionza's application, branding, design, and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Content, artwork, trademarks, and program information supplied by third parties remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not grant rights to third-party content.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vionza is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and compatibility with every user-supplied source. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vionza's publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, loss of data or access, source outages, third-party conduct, or unauthorized use of content. Any mandatory liability remains limited only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the product or law changes. The effective date identifies the current version. You may stop using Vionza at any time. We may terminate the license for material violation of these terms, subject to applicable law.
